
Clearing Manor hosts a variety of wedding related events.....rehearsal dinners, weddings and receptions, bridal showers and teas, overnight housing for your bridal party or out of town guests, pre-wedding pictures, etc. Our wedding packages are listed below. These are our current rates, however they are subject to change.
Outside weddings: This package runs $2,500.00 for 110 guests or less. Guests over 110 run $8.00/person to cover extra chairs, tables and linens for the tables. The package price includes 18 6 ft. tables with white tablecloths for these tables with an 8" drop, 220 white and metal plastic folding chairs and your pick of location to hold your ceremony and/or reception. We have acres to choose from where tents can be put up, although we do not rent them. Clearing Manor has a huge back veranda for a ceremony or reception area and a pavillion area in the downstairs of our large barn. (not your typical barn)
Inside weddings: This package runs $3,000.00 with a maximum of 110 guests. The package price includes 18 6 ft. tables with white linens for these tables. (see description above) Also included are 110 white plastic and metal folding chairs, and 110 extra chairs for your reception.
Clearing Manor Event Space (inside or outside event):
$50.00/hour for events 4 hours or more during the day and weekdays until 4:00pm. Events requiring less time charged 4 hour minimum rate.
$200.00/hour for events after 4:00pm and on weekends. (prime time)
